By now you will probably all have heard the news that Northamptonshire is moving into tier four of the coronavirus restrictions.

This means all exercise indoors is no longer allowed. It also means exercise outdoors can only take place with one person outside of your household or support bubble.

The new rules do still allow one-to-one personal training to take place, as long as social distancing is maintained, so with the New Year (New You!) upon us now could be the perfect time to sign-up for our new personal training sessions.

However, sadly, that means for the time being we are going to have to cancel all of our group bootcamp, HIIT and running sessions.

Fingers crossed the situation with Covid-19 will improve soon and we will be able to get together again. In the meantime, please keep safe and socially distanced.

What we will be doing is putting on some bootcamps and HIIT sessions via Zoom. These will come at the slightly reduced price of £3 per session and will be based on body-weight exercises only, so you will not need to have any of your own equipment to take part.

Please keep an eye out on the Sessions Diary section of this website and on our Facebook page for details of when these will take place, and how you can sign-up to take part.

In the meantime, take all the exercise you can – it’s good for your mental as well as physical health – and let’s stick to the rules so we can get through this latest change and be back together as normal as soon as possible.
