Michelle is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, having passed her Personal Training Level 3 qualification.

This means we can provide the very best training sessions available and create specific programmes to fit around your lifestyle, goals and time.

For those interested in personal training sessions with Step Forward With Lewis we will be offering the following options.

Sessions can either be performed at the Step Forward With Lewis ‘Garage Gym’ or Michelle can come to you, and they will last one hour each.

Anyone who takes part in personal training with SFWL will be fully assessed beforehand.

Individual sessions will cost £40 if you attend our ‘Garage Gym’ in Hardingstone, or £45 if Michelle comes to you (additional cost covers petrol and time to reach appointments). If you have one-off sessions, you will not be gain the advantage of post-session updates or further training tips between sessions.

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Any cancellations, with the exceptional of serious circumstances agreed with Michelle, must be made within 24 hours of your appointment, otherwise there will be no refund or rollover to another session.

 

If you just want individual sessions that is your choice, but to really take advantage and make the gains you want we would suggest you sign-up to one of our fitness programmes which come at a discount and with a host of additional benefits.

ONCE A WEEK:

Sign-up to our ‘Once a Week’ plan and you will get one training session per week over a four week period.

This programme also comes with a week-by-week plan, which will include advice on other training sessions for you to take part in during the week and nutritional advice.

All our clients are fully assessed in terms of their fitness, experience and medical history before any sessions take place. We believe in goal setting and will be looking at your short, medium and long-term aims.

The ‘Once a Week’ plan will cost £140 for four weeks for those attending the ‘Garage Gym’ and £160 for the same period if Michelle comes to you; £20 cheaper than booking four individual sessions and with the extra benefits of a weekly plan and the setting of goals.

Each batch of four sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Any cancellations, with the exceptional of serious circumstances agreed with Michelle, must be made within 24 hours of your appointment, otherwise there will be no refund or rollover to another session.

 

TWICE A WEEK:

Sign-up to our ‘Twice a Week’ plan for a month and you will get two training sessions per week over a four week period.

This programme also comes with a week-by-week plan, which will include advise on other training sessions for you to take part in during the week and nutritional advice.

All our clients are fully assessed in terms of their fitness, experience and medical history before any sessions take place. We believe in goal setting and will be looking at your short, medium and long-term aims.

The ‘Twice a Week’ plan will cost £260 for four weeks for those attending the ‘Garage Gym’ and £280 for the same period if Michelle comes to you; £60 cheaper than booking eight individual sessions and with the extra benefits of a weekly plan and the setting of goals.
