STRENGTH & CARDIO

Michelle is qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor. 

Our strength and cardio sessions are a fun and intense way to get fit and reach your goals. Suitable for everyone from beginners to fitness fanatics, they combine strength and cardiovascular training.

These sessions will work you hard, but the amount you push yourself is down to you. Work to your limits and you will see real gains.

 You’ll work your heart, lungs and muscles, as well as taking par in those vital warm-up and cool-down sections.

Expect to be running, jumping, stretching and doing bodyweight exercises – oh, and sweating!
