HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most popular and challenging forms of exercise out there. As such it has a whole host of benefits from burning calories and building muscle to losing weight, lowering your blood pressure and improving your oxygen and blood flow.
These sorts of benefits don’t grow on trees though. There will be plenty of blood, sweat and (hopefully not too many) tears along the way! HIIT sessions work best when participants put in their best effort, so do not expect an easy ride, but the great part is that everyone has their own level. Whatever your best is, that’s the best there can be during a HIIT session.
The high intensity nature of the workouts means they are shorter and faster, and because of the tough nature of HIIT sessions we recommend anyone taking part sees their GP before embarking on this type of training.
We will make sure you get the proper warm-up and cool down you need, and do not worry too much, there will be plenty of fun and laughs mixed in with the tough love!
