We’ve got a brand new virtual race for you especially for August – and we reckon our medals this time round have a little Olympic look about them.

Read on to find out how you can complete our latest challenge and help raise money for ‘eve’, which runs a women’s refuge in Northamptonshire.

What’s the challenge?

August’s challenge is to run, walk or travel in your wheelchair a total of 20km across the month.

You can do this in one gruelling chunk or break it down in to as many different ones as you see fit.

It’s really entirely up to you – pick your challenge, smash it out the park and pick up our funky medal!

We don’t insist on seeing proof – we’re trusting souls and you’d only be cheating yourselves! – but if can let us know when you’ve finished, or perhaps send us some pictures to share on our social media channels, that’s be great. Our email is stepforwardwithlewis@gmail.com

How do I enter?

Entry costs £12 (plus £2 postage/packaging) and you’ll get one of our medals in return.

£5 of your entry fee will go to ‘eve’.
