With Christmas fast approaching, why not make some room for the turkey by taking part in one of our virtual race challenges.

Earlier this week we posted about how you can help raise money for rough sleeper charity Project 16:15 by completing a marathon any way you want.

At the time we promised you we’d have a second Christmas challenge on the way.

This time you can help raise money for The Lewis Foundation, which provides free gifts and support to adult cancer patients.

What’s the challenge?

In order to earn your festive medal, you just need to run 10km any way you prefer between December 1 and December 20.

If you want to show off and run it all in one go or if you prefer to break it down into as many chunks as you want, it all counts!

How do I enter?

Entry costs £10 (plus £2 postage/packaging) and you’ll get one of our wonderful Santa medals in return.

£3 (30%) of your entry fee will go to The Lewis Foundation.

There are two ways to enter:

  • Fill out the below form including your payment details

*** THIS RACE HAS NOW FINISHED ***

  • Or email us with your contact details – name and address – at stepforwardwithlewis@gmail.com and we’ll reply with details of how to pay via BACS.

There are a limited number of places so make sure you get in there quickly!

To learn how we handle your personal data please consult our Privacy Policy.

What is The Lewis Foundation?

The Lewis Foundation sources, packages and hand delivers free gifts and support packs to adult cancer patients in hospital every week.

The charity concentrates on providing items cancer patients might find difficult to buy themselves or simply cannot afford.

It can be a sad, frightening and lonely experience for individuals undergoing cancer treatment, and for many people in hospital, their volunteers are people’s only regular visitors.
