Tins or Dumbbells

An online class that will involve some exercises with free weights.

Dust those dumbbells collecting dust in the corner or as an alternative grab two tins out of the food cupboard (or something that can be use as an alternative to dumbbells).

Lets have some fun and build on our strength and get fitter for 2021.

Online Waiver

  1. Step Forward with Lewis strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.  You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
  2. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of injury.  If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Step Forward with Lewis from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Step Forward with Lewis negligence.
  3. To adhere to Health & Safety, please clear the space you wish to use of any hazards including wearing socks on carpeted flooring which might be slippery.  We always work in trainers or barefoot.
  4. As with all online training, please be aware that you need to listen to your own body and work within your limits.
