This sessions is designed to be a fun and intense way to get fit and reach your goals. Suitable for everyone from beginners to fitness fanatics, combining strength and cardiovascular training.
You will work you hard, but the amount you push yourself is down to you. Work to your limits and you will see real gains.
Our session will work your heart, lungs and muscles, as well as including those vital warm-up and cool-down sections.
Expect to be running, jumping, stretching and doing bodyweight exercises – oh, and glowing!
Note: You have option to use weights, however not a requirement.
