Michelle is a fully qualified Boxercise Instructor.
If you fancy discovering your inner Rocky or taking on Tyson (Fury or Mike you choose!), then Boxercise could be just the thing for you.
Boxercise is a great cardio workout, helping you to build up your strength and the perfect body composition, as well as being great for your mental health and the ideal stress buster.
Boxercise is fantastic for everything from increasing your self-esteem to having a lot of fun, so make sure you get yourself booked in now.
As well as being a fully trained instructor, Michelle is also qualified to teach Boxercise for kids and Kick-Boxercise.
Boxercise for Kids is an excellent way for children to stay active with benefits including improved focus meaning children tend to concentrate better when facing challenges, increased mobility, better balance and hand to eye co-ordination, and a boost in confidence and social skills.
Michelle’s work includes classes at schools and private sessions.
